I have been a salesperson with Golling since March of 1997.  Growing with this organization has been exciting.  Here is how we have grown; in '97 Golling added to its Chrysler Plymouth store the Jeep and Eagle franchise.  Then in 2003, Golling added the Dodge and Ram, and we became the first Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram store in Oakland County.  To fit everything under one roof, Mr. Golling built our Alpha Store.  We opened the doors, at our current location, in 2005. That year we attained #1 volume status in the country.  We owe special thanks to all our loyal customers who purchase/lease/service their automobiles with us; and bring in their neighbors, families, and friends.


One of my greatest joys is working, side by side, with both of my sons.  Cooper joined the Golling team in 2013 and Mason in 2018. When I am not a Golling, I enjoy spending time with my family and our 4 dogs. My wife is the Global Director of Environmental Health and Safety at a major automotive supplier and gets to visit plants all over the world. She's also a professor at Oakland University and is currently working on her Doctorate. We love traveling to the east coast and visiting family or making yearly trips to Disney World.

I'm a huge car enthusiast who loves drag racing and being a part of the local car culture. It helps living in Royal Oak just a few blocks of our amazing Woodward Avenue. I currently have a 9 second '98 WS6 (original owner), a built AWD Turbo TT Roadster and a 392 Scat Pack Charger that's an absolute blast for a daily driver.

As a Sales Professional, I am required to attend classes and training throughout the year to stay up to date with the latest vehicles and technology, which is changing every year it seems. I have completed all the required courses and have been Master Certified since 2014. 


In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and family. We enjoy traveling both in the USA and abroad. I try to go back to Ireland at least once a year to visit my family. I also enjoy many sports; football (soccer) and following my favorite team, Manchester United. We also enjoy going to Tigers and Lions games.

Joe Ellsasser has retired, but still consults with the company.

I'm a lifelong Metro Detroiter. I started in the retail automotive business after attending Ferris State College.  I have enjoyed creating lifelong relationships with my customers and co-workers.  

I met my wife of 33 years, Jill while selling her a new Dodge Daytona.  Jill and I have two daughters, a son-in-law, and two grandbabies.  Life is good; life is simple, just help a lot of people get what they want and treat everyone the way you would want to be treated.  What's best for the customer is my golden rule.

For fun, I cruise Woodward, like most car guys do and enjoy boating on the weekends.  We have a golden retriever, Bentley, the water dog. I reside in Clarkston and enjoy running into friends and customers in the village.

Dan Delisle has retired.

I am your Parts Manager here at Golling.  I have been in the automotive business for 33 years and I have enjoyed being the parts manager for 15 years.  Outside of my department, I keep busy spending time with my wife of 22 years Melissa, and our sons and two dogs. We love vacations near the oceans! I enjoy watching our Detroit sports, Michigan State and NASCAR.
