Melhoral 500mg + 30mg 20 Pills

Melhoral is an analgesic and antipyretic with caffeine indicated for the symptomatic relief of colds and flu, relief of mild to moderate pain.

Active substance: Each tablet contains 500 mg of acetylsalicylic acid and 30 mg of caffeine.

Dosage and method of administration:

Adults (including the elderly) and children over 16 years of age: 1 to 2 tablets. These doses can be repeated 4 to 6 hours apart as needed. Maximum daily dose: 8 tablets (acetylsalicylic acid 4000 mg / caffeine 240 mg) in 24 hours. Do not exceed the maximum dose. Children under 16 years of age: It is not recommended to use, unless expressly indicated by the doctor. Administer orally. Take with water. It can be taken during meals.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients. Severe kidney or liver failure. History of gastrointestinal bleeding or gastric perforation after treatment with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Active or pre-existing peptic ulcer. Gout history. History of hypersensitivity reactions (eg asthma, bronchospasm, rhinitis, urticaria, nasal polyps) following treatment with acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs. History of hemophilia, thrombocytopenia, or other clotting disorders.
